主要功能：

2、 高度测量，零件直接通过式读数，0.1um分辨率；
3、 陶瓷球3点接触式内径测量，0.1um分辨率；可Y方向多位置测量并计算锥度值。

结构特点：
1、 可单机使用，也可与前工程连接后自动生产；
2、 采用精密升降滑台驱动测量传感器，轴或套类零件位于滑台下方时可以直接读取
高度方向尺寸。系统通过与预设的允差范围进行比较，对高度是否超差进行判断；
3、 内径、外径测量使用步进升降式测量模组，运用重复性优异的挠性测量台架
4、 并安装三点对称陶瓷测头，测量精准，同位置重复性误差小于0.5um；
5、 步进升降式测量模组可在Y方向设定多个测量位置，
通过对比可计算出锥度尺寸；
6、 各检测位置后设独立NG出口，NG品自动剔除；
7、 所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备
长期连续工作的可靠稳定。

HJCJ01/02/03 ------ Axle(sleeve)component comprehensive inspection machine
Major functions：
1、Applicable for detection and classification of various parameters like inner diameter, external diameter, height, taper etc, from all kinds of axle and sleeve components.
2、Height measurement, directly through type reading of component, 0.1um resolution.
3、Three points contact-type inner diameter inspection of ceramic balls, 0.1um resolution, multiple position measurement in the Y direction and tapers calculation.
4、Three points contact-type external diameter inspection of ceramic balls, 0.1um resolution, multiple position measurement in the Y direction and tapers calculation.
5、Each test station judges if the product OK or NG automatically according to the installed tolerance range, NG products are removed behind test positions.
6、Manufacturing procedures: feeder feeding(or ligature) --- component height inspection --- NG product ejection --- component inner diameter inspection --- NG product ejection --- component external

Structuralfeatures：
1、 Using precision lifting sliding tables to drive measuring transducers, the height,
direction and size can be read directly when the axle or sleeve components are located under
the sliding tables. The system judges if the height exceeds the tolerance by comparing with
presupposed tolerance range.
2、 Measure inner and external diameter with step lift measurement module, using the
flexible measuring platform with excellent repeatability and installing three points symmetric
ceramic measuring heads, precise measurement, repeatability error in the same position is
less than 0.5 um.
3、 Step lift measurement module can install multiple
measuring positions in the Y direction, calculating tapers by
contrasts.
4、 Independent NG exports are setted up behind each test
position, automatic elimination of NG products.
